Who we are

This website is run by Spiritus Recruitment Limited, trading as Spiritus Search. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 15279570. Our registered office is 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.

What we collect

Job advert audit form: your name, email address, your website or CQC page, and the advert you paste in.
Calls and booked calls: your name, contact details and what you tell us about your hiring.
Recruitment work: if you are a manager we are speaking to about a role, the details you share with us, such as your CV, experience, salary expectations and references.
Emails and messages: anything you choose to send us.

How we use it

To send you the audit or report you asked for.
To reply to your enquiry and arrange calls.
To deliver the services you have asked us to provide.
To contact you about related Spiritus Search services, where you have agreed to this. You can ask us to stop at any time.
To keep the business records we are required to keep by law.

Our legal reasons

We use your information because you asked us to (for example, to send your audit), because we have a contract with you, because it is in our legitimate interests to run and grow our business in a way you would reasonably expect, or because you have given your consent. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We only share it with:

Trusted service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, our database and email tools, and our call booking tool (Calendly). They may only use it to provide their service to us.
Care providers we are recruiting for, if you are a manager and you have agreed to us putting you forward for a role.
Professional advisers, regulators or authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers store data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure suitable protections are in place, as required by UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the reasons above. Audit and enquiry details are usually kept for up to two years from our last contact with you. Business and financial records are kept for six years, as required by law.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not identify you. If you click "Book a call", the Calendly booking window opens, and Calendly may set its own cookies. You can read about these in Calendly's privacy notice.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to limit or object to how we use it, and to have it moved to another organisation. To make a request, email charles@spiritusrecruitment.com. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
